Valde Garcia is the Congressional & Industry Liaison for the Army’s Program Executive Office for Combat Support & Combat Service Support. A former Michigan State Senator and Representative, he sponsored legislation establishing the Michigan Defense Center. He served 30 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Colonel, and is President of NDIA Michigan.
